Interested persons may appear and be heard on any topic concerning a public utility regulated by the Commission. Public comments may be limited to five minutes per person at the discretion of the commission
During the Consumer session the Commission's Regulatory Operations staff will make a brief presentation concerning the impacts that energy conservation measures can be on customer bills
