Daniel Burk, Registrar, presented the processes and procedures used in the Registrar of Voters Office in preparation for voting: set-up of polling places, security of the voting systems, how the systems are tested and standards used, how things are delivered, how things are tracked, and records of previous problems had with the voting machines.
