Daniel Burk, Registrar, and his staff, will present the processes of ballot tabulation of absentee ballots, post election audit of the VVPAT system, and what steps are in place to ensure that the public knows their voting rights (what precludes a person from voting, why a person?s voting status is canceled, advertising of the voter registration process (where a person can register to vote, when voter registration is closed prior to an election, how/when to make a change of address or party, and how/where to vote early or by absentee ballot), and how voters are informed of changes in their precinct and/or polling place).
